I have lived in Wadebridge for 30 years and worked in a local Estate Agents for almost 10. Alongside the day to day running of the Lettings department i handled all of the maintenance issues that occurred. Before long i had put together a list of the most reliable and hard working contractors around. All being fully insured, experienced and qualified in their fields.
As a side job at the weekends i cleaned 5* holiday homes in which i obtained fantastic feedback from local agents, home owners and guests, on my cleaning standard as well as my professionalism. It was shortly after, i decided that with my team of contractors, i can combine my knowledge of property and my high standard of cleaning to create a business that offers a whole range of property management services.
This is when Vista was created!
I now have an ever growing portfolio of properties which has allowed me to employ additional housekeepers.
